A customer service (customerservice@paint-store.net)
will be glad to assist you in authorizing a return to our warehouse. If
a return is due to circumstances beyond Paint-Store.net's control (wrong
item or quantity ordered, a 30% restock charge will be incurred. Please
keep in mind merchandise for returns must be in resalable condition (i.e.
current label, without price sticker, without damage, within shelf life,
non-rusted & clean cans, etc.). We can only permit returned merchandise
that another customer would be willing to accept. The item must be returned
within 30 days of your order date. When return is approved our warehouse
will forward a return authorization and packing instructions. Then contact
UPS to arrange your return. You will be responsible you’re your
freight charges to return the items.
NOTE:ITEMS RETURNED NOT ON THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE DESTROYED
AND NOT CREDIT ISSUED. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL PRODUCTS ARE LISTED ON PAINT-STORE.NET

report these errors within 48 hours. When return is approved our warehouse
will forward a return authorization and packing instructions. We will
arrange the freight and issue a call tag on pickup UPS for Paint-Store.net.
