        ZAR® 
          QUICK DRY SANDING SEALER POLYURETHANE A fast drying sealer. Dries in one hour on bare wood. For floors, furniture, 
          cabinets and woodwork. Ideal as a finish coat or as an undercoating 
          with ZAR® Interior Polyurethane. Can also be used as a primer to 
          seal bare, open-grained wood before staining.
 DESCRIPTIONZAR Quick Dry Polyurethane Sanding Sealer is for interior use only. 
          A fast drying sanding sealer for floors, furniture, paneling, cabinets, 
          counter tops and woodwork. Dries in one hour on bare wood. Use as a 
          first and/or second coat under Interior ZAR Gloss, Semi-Gloss, Satin 
          or Antique
 Flat Polyurethane and under ZAR ULTRA Gloss, Semi-Gloss or Satin.
 SURFACE 
        PREPNew Wood: Sand smooth using fine sandpaper and wipe claen all 
        sanding dust with tack rag or cloth dampened with mineral spirits.
 Old Clear Finishes in Good Condition: Remove grease, 
        dirt and wax. Sand lightly in the direction of the grain to remove any 
        gloss. Clean sanding dust with tack rag or cloth dampened with mineral 
        spirits.
 Old Clear Finishes in Poor Condition, Lacquer or Shellac: 
        Remove completely. If the old finish contains wax or stearates, regardless 
        of condition, remove completely. Sand and remove all sanding dust.
 Do not apply over wood fillers or finishes containing stearates.
 APPLICATIONStir 
        thoroughly before and during application. Do not shake! Apply straight 
        from the can. DO NOT THIN. May be applied by brush, pads, lambs wool applicator 
        or spray. Flow ZAR on in the direction of the grain. Sand lightly between 
        coats. Dust and wipe clean. If more than 24 hours elapse between coats, 
        sand thoroughly and clean.
 DRYINGAllow first coat to dry 1 hour. Succeeding coats up to 2 hours. Temperature, 
        humidity and film thickness may affect drying time. If while sanding, 
        sandpaper gums or surface feels tacky, extend drying times.
 
 CLEAN-UP
 Clean brushes and tools immediately after use with paint thinner or mineral 
        spirits.
 COVERAGEUp 
        to 500-600 sq. ft. per gallon.
