          Preparation:
New or Newly Sanded Floors or Wood Surfaces:Prepare the floor according
to NWFA or NOFMA accepted standard. The final pass before application
of Absco Polyurethane Wood Floor Finish and sealer should be a #100
to #150 grit screen pad or sandpaper. Remove dust completely by sweeping,
vacuuming and wiping the floor or work surface with a lint free cloth
lightly dampened with mineral spirits. Avoid using fillers that contain
stearates or wax. The floor or work surface and room temperature should
          be at least 65°F.
        Previously
Finished Floors or Wood Surfaces:Remove old finish in poor condition.
Screen the work surface with a #100 to #150 screen disc, #180 grit sand
paper, maroon pad or similar. Remove dust completely by sweeping, vacuuming
and wiping the floor or work surface with a lint free cloth lightly
dampened with mineral spirits. Avoid using fillers that contain stearates
or wax. The floor or work surface and room temperature should be at
          least 65°F.
        REMEMBER
TO STIR THIS PRODUCT BEFORE AND DURING USE. SATIN AND SEMI-GLOSS CAN
BE SHAKEN. AFTER SHAKING, LET IT SIT FOR 10 MINUTES.
        Application:
Apply the finish with the grain of the wood. Apply in well ventilated
area by brush, roller, spray, EZ-way applicator or lambswool applicator
at room temperature and not in direct sunlight. When using a roller,
work slowly to avoid air bubbles. Screen the floor or work surface in
between coats with any of the following #100 to #150 screen disc, #180
grit sand paper, maroon pad or similar in between coats. Remember to
vacuum and tack thoroughly after screening to remove all dust. Allow
a minimum of six hours between coats, or until thoroughly dry. Heavy
finish application, high humidity or lack of airflow will extend drying
times. If waiting longer than 24 hours between coats, sanding is recommended.
        Application
over stain: Absco Polyurethane Wood Floor Finish should adhere well
to most stain. If a stain other than Last•n•Last is to be
used, a test for adhesion is recommended. Use Last•n•Last
Classic Wood Stain following instruction on label. Allow to dry a minimum
of 24 hours under good conditions. Make sure the stain is completely
          dry before applying the Finish.
